Pilates by Val is offering a new mat class, 10:00 AM to 10:55 AM, beginning Saturday, November 3, and continuing for several months. The class will be free to Pilates by Val members and members don’t need to enroll to attend. Non-member cost will be $5.00 per class. The instructor will be apprentice Tauni Dawson, who is working to add practical hours in order to earn her certification.
