The Franklin Method Fasciasize Workout

The Franklin Method Fasciasize Workout is a unique approach to fitness that emphasizes the importance of fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds muscles and organs. This method combines movement with Dynamic Neurocognitive Imagery (DNI), allowing participants to visualize and embody their movements, enhancing both physical performance and mental awareness.
The Fasciasize Workout focuses on improving flexibility, strength, and overall body awareness through a series of exercises designed to release tension and promote optimal movement patterns. By integrating imagery and mindful movement, practitioners can experience a deeper connection to their bodies, leading to improved posture, reduced pain, and enhanced athletic performance.
This holistic approach not only targets physical fitness but also fosters a greater understanding of how the body functions as a cohesive unit.
Participants will be standing and moving for this class, and everyone will be able to engage in the exercises.
This specialized class will be offered Wednesday, September 24th, 11 am-12 pm with instructor, Val Williams. The cost will be $30 for members and $35 for non-members. Call or text 850.916.2228 if you have questions.
