Franklin Method Workshop: Focus on Pelvic Floor
As the hub of the body, the pelvis is a center of stability and originator of motion. A strong pelvic floor is important for pelvic alignment as well as for ease of motion of the femur in the hip socket. It also lends balance to the entire spine. An active pelvic floor creates deep support for erect posture and allows elongation of the spine, freeing the shoulder girdle, neck, and head.
Come join me Saturday, May 18, for this informative Franklin Method Workshop, and you will learn how to truly strengthen your pelvic floor (and, guess what…it's not Kegels)!
